Top Management Commitments

For as long as I serve in Adım Kariyer's top management, I undertake and declare that:

1. In my dealings with all departments, I will not influence any staff involved in certification and review, positively or negatively, in situations of conflict of interest, and I will not allow any pressure, from whatever source, to affect my decisions;
2. I understand the importance of impartiality in certification activities, I manage conflicts of interest and I will maintain my objectivity;
3. If an applicant is close to me (a relative, friend, etc.), I will not be involved in any stage of the certification process;
4. If I have, or have had, a commercial or financial relationship with an applicant, I will not be involved in the process;
5. I will comply with all rules required by the relevant standards and documents in conformity assessments;
6. Putting people at the heart of our work, I will pursue service quality with a principle of excellence, with the support of top management and the participation of all employees;
7. Regardless of the applicant, organization or company, I will deliver services on time, accurately, completely and fairly, remaining faithful to the principles of confidentiality, honesty, reliability, objectivity and impartiality;
8. I will evaluate and resolve complaints and appeals without discrimination, as quickly as possible so as not to disadvantage applicants, without deliberately delaying or unfairly rushing them;
9. I will not engage in any activity that would harm Adım Kariyer; I will identify risks and threats to impartiality and will not take part in any arrangement where such a risk has been identified;
10. I will carry out vocational qualification work defined by national standards in an innovative, competent and quality-assured way, within legal regulations and international requirements and keeping up with developments;
11. I will comply with all rules defined by Adım Kariyer, including those on confidentiality, impartiality and conflicts of interest.
